Throughout this process, we will take care of all aspects of organising shows directly with you, your promoters and venue staff to ensure that our shows run smoothly. From itineraries to production, local crew and even where to find good coffee or the local laundry spot, we will take care of it all and ensure everyone is equipped and has the information they need to successfully deliver their role.
ACCOUNTING
Keeping on top of income and outgoings is the cornerstone of any successful tour. With our accounting skills, we will ensure that you do not overspend and save money where possible to deliver plain financial sailing. We are highly organised and have dedicated systems to keep track of receipts and transactions which we deliver to you in tandem with our custom-designed budgeting systems so that we can reconcile your tours with astonishing accuracy. Your tour accountant will be our biggest fan, we promise!!!
BUDGETING
Throughout the budgeting process, we will work diligently with you directly to ensure you are happy and offer our expert advice on what can be improved and where savings can be made.
With our custom-designed budgeting system, we will display all costs at the click of a button, giving you a detailed view of what is being spent and where.
At the end of each tour, we will deliver a financial and reconciliation report showing you your budgeted spend vs actual spend, your final profit vs. loss as well as deliver all receipts and a detailed transaction report in a digital format for your financial team so that they can easily complete things on their side.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
Over the years we have developed an incredibly deep network of third-party travel and logistical service providers. Whether we need to book flights and hotels for a multi-continent tour, a tour bus and truck or even something as simple as a splitter van, it is assured that Lomax Audio in conjunction with our industry contacts have it covered.
